25. What is the difference between Sponsored and Hosted programs?
26. What additional supplies do you offer?
27. My group will need break out space, what do you have?
28. Do I have to pay for our presenter?
29. Can we have meals or snacks served in our meeting room?

 1. The date has passed to send in the deposit. Can I still register?
Please call/e-mail after that date to inquire. The deadline listed is used to determine if we have the minimum number of registrants needed to hold the program. If we do meet the minimum, we will continue to take additional registrations. If not, the program will be cancelled. It is very helpful to us if you register early so that we do not have to cancel programs. Deposits will be refunded if we cancel the program.
 2. Can I register over the phone without a deposit and then mail my payment?
No. Registrations are not accepted without the deposit.

3. Can I register with a credit card?
We do not accept credit card payments. Payments must be made with either cash or check.

4.  Is the deposit in addition to the program fee?
No. The deposit will be deducted from the program fee.

5.  What if I cancel my registration? Can I get my deposit back?
No. The deposit is our guarantee that you will be attending the program. We have limited space and we pay the presenter based on the number of registrations. Therefore, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Center cancels a program due to low registration, we will refund your deposit.

6.  What if I need to arrive late or leave early? Can you reduce my fee?
No. The fee is for the duration of the program as written in the booklet.

7. Do you have private bedrooms? Do I have to share a room?
All bedrooms are private, single rooms with a sink. We have 3 bedrooms with double beds for couples who wish to share a room.

8. Do I need to bring my own linens and towels?
No. Your bed is made with fresh linens when you arrive. Clean towels are placed in your room. If possible before you leave, you can assist us by stripping your bed and placing your dirty linens in the laundry chute. If you are able, we also appreciate if you remake your bed with the clean linens that are in your closet.

9. Are meals included?
Meals are included. Weekend programs include five meals (three on Saturday and two on Sunday). Generally, the bigger meal is served at lunch, while dinner is the lighter meal. Snacks and beverages are available in the snack room at all times.

10. Do you accommodate food allergies and medical needs?
Yes, please let us know of allergies and medical conditions relating to food when you register for a program. We need two (2) weeks notice for meal planning and food ordering. Please do not ask the cook to accommodate your needs once you are here, as the menu is pre-planned and we may not have the ingredients on hand to meet your needs.

11. Do you offer vegetarian and/or vegan choices?
Yes. Please notify us at least two (2) weeks ahead of your arrival.

12. I am on a weight loss diet. Will you meet my meal plan or dietary needs?
We are not able to accommodate personal dietary preferences, as we do not serve individual meals. Our meals are healthy, homemade, and served buffet style. If you wish, you are welcome to use our guest refrigerator for food brought from home as a supplement.

13. Can I see a menu?
We do not offer menus. Meals, which are the cook's choice, are healthful, balanced, and diverse, including the main entrée, one or more salads/vegetables, appropriate starches, and dessert. We rely heavily on fresh produce, using local sources whenever possible. Two weeks before your program the cook takes into consideration allergy and medical needs of the group and prepares meals that will be served buffet style. Our food evaluations consistently rate "excellent" & "5 stars."
14. Is there a strict arrival/departure time?
Arrival: You can arrive up to one hour before the program begins. If you would like to arrive earlier, please call the Center to check if that is possible.
Departure: Please depart at scheduled time.

15.  What time do I have to be sure all my belongings are out of my assigned bedroom?
When there is another group arriving that evening, you will be asked to vacate your room in the morning. Otherwise, you may keep your belongings in your room until the close of the retreat.

 16. Can I schedule a massage once I arrive?
Massage must be booked in advance. It is offered for private retreats and directed retreats. It is not available for weekend programs unless otherwise noted in the program description.

 17. Can I bring my dog/cat?
No. Please make other arrangements for your pets. Even well behaved pets shed and create extra cleaning costs due to animal dander.  If you have a service animal, please contact us.

 18. Do you have daycare?
No. Please make other arrangements during your stay.

 19. Can we burn candles/incense?
Candles and incense are not allowed in bedrooms. Retreat leaders, please speak to the host staff before using candles and incense in meeting rooms.

 20. Can I work at the Center while I am on retreat to pay for my retreat?
No. We do not offer work in exchange for retreats.

 21.  Can I volunteer at the Center?
Yes. Volunteers are needed in housekeeping and landscaping. For every 25 hours of volunteer time, a certificate for a free retreat weekend is earned. You cannot earn volunteer hours while you are on a retreat.

22. How can a person reach me in an emergency? Do you have a public phone?
If you do not have a cell phone, your family can call the Center. A message will be brought to you as soon as possible. On weekends, the director checks for messages regularly. We do have a public phone available for local calls. Please bring a calling card for long distance calls.

23. Can I bring my cell phone to the retreat center?
You may bring your cell phone to the retreat center, but please turn off the ringer while you are in the building.
